Postage and Delivery

Postage charge for the UK is £3.50. Free if the total order cost is in excess of £199.

Postage charge for delivery to Europe is £7.50.

Delivery to the rest of the world is £12.50.

Delivery is made using the Royal Mail postal service.

Delivery to Europe and the rest of the world are sent air mail.

Once posted UK parcels should arrive within 1-3 working days.

Delivery times for overseas will vary. Visit the Royal Mail website for detailed information.

Orders are dispatched the same or next day.Payment by credit or debit card is taken at the point of dispatch.

Order confirmation or any other correspondence will be sent to the e mail address you have supplied.

Privacy Policy

Your details will not be sold or used by any other company and will only be used by Quipu. We will not e mail you in the future unless you request further information from Quipu.

Returns

We can accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days in the UK and up to 28 days from the rest of the world, from the date of dispatch.

Any item returned must not have been worn or damaged.

We will provide a returns reference which must be included with any goods returned on the re turns form found on the reverse of the invoice/dispatch note. If this is not included the returned items will be sent back. Please also return your original invoice and obtain a certificate of posting.

All items are subject to availability. Stock availability is updated regularly. As most products are hand crafted sizes are approximate and designs and colours may vary slightly.
